Pacific Island Tan & Lash has been trained and certified by Borboleta Beauty, Novalash, and Lavish Lashes. Please arrive with clean lashes and remove all eye makeup before your appointment with an oil free makeup remover. Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours following your appointment to allow the adhesive to fully cure.

SPRAY TAN PREP, AFTER-CARE, AND APPOINTMENT INFO
SPRAY TAN PREPARATION
Shower and exfoliate. Pay attention to rough/dry skin areas like knees, elbows, tops of feet & heels. Use a good quality water based moisturizer, the more hydrated your skin the better the result. Oil based products will act as a barrier during the tanning session and should be avoided prior to the session. Waxing and shaving should be done at least 24 hours before.
TO YOUR SESSION
Water based lotion (lightly applied) may be worn the day of your spray tan. For best results, your skin should be free of deodorant, make-up or perfumes. Wear dark loose clothing for after your tan as the cosmetic bronzer may rub off. Any minor rub off will wash out of most fabrics.
DURING YOUR SESSION
Dark undergarments or swimsuit/bikinis may be worn during the tanning session.
AFTER TAN CARE
Avoid wetting your skin (showering, bathing, swimming, etc.) or activities that will cause excessive perspiration for 8 hours after the tanning session. With Express solutions, please rinse accordingly to achieve the desired tan:
- 1 hour for a glow
- 2 hours for a light tan
- 3 hours for a medium tan
- 4 hours for a dark tan.
Once you shower, the color will continue to develop over the next 24 hours for a gradual, flawless and natural looking tan.
For best results, use a body wash and avoid harsh soaps. After each shower, always pat dry with your towel. Moisturizing will reduce the rate at which your skin sheds and will keep your tan looking better for longer. Refrain from using oils and oil based products after your tan as they may strip the tan and lessen its longevity. The use of hot baths/showers, chlorinated/salt water pools and spas will reduce the life of your tan.
HOW LONG DOES A SUNLESS TAN LAST
A spray tan will usually last 5-10 days. For best fading results, exfoliate prior to application and moisturize generously each day after the application.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The spray tan does not provide any sun protection and it does not contain sunscreen. Please wear sunscreen during exposure to the sun.
Cancellation policy
Pacific Island Tan & Lash LLC understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled within 12-24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount in a re-booking fee. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours' notice, or clients that are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount in a re-booking fee.
